Are your products natural?

Our products are plant-based, which is enough for some people to consider 'Natural' however in the interest of complete transparency, we do not make any claim to be a Natural Skincare line.

Are your products vegan?

Whilst we do not have Vegan status, where possible we always try and use vegan ingredients, our products are plant-based.

Are your products cruelty-free?

100% yes!

Can I use your products while pregnant and breastfeeding?

While pregnant and breastfeeding, we recommend you avoid the following products as they contain Vitamin A - Vitamin A Cleanser, Refining Serum, Refining Moisturiser, Pineapple Enzyme Peel.

Do your products contain microbeads?

No, our Dual Action Exfoliant contains encapsulated Jojoba, which dissolves.

Do you have any other products?

Yes, some products we do not advertise as they are quite strong and need to be recommended by a Skin Therapist, view our stockists here

What should I do if I've had a reaction to a product?

This can be normal, some of our products do contain ingredients that if not used before, may insight a strong response, usually this response will minimize and stop after a few weeks of use, but ALWAYS contact us directly so we can make sure. It can also be an indication that you have an impaired barrier, in which case we would recommend Vitamin B serum.
